Terms and Conditions – Online Courses, Coaching and Mentoring

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of all online courses, digital products, coaching services and 1 to 1 mentoring sessions provided by Jo Macfarlane  - trading as Jo Macfarlane - via www.jomacfarlane.com.

By purchasing any course, digital product, coaching programme or mentoring session, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with your purchase.

2. Digital Products and Online Courses

All courses and digital products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access to proprietary educational materials, including but not limited to:

  • Video training
     
  • Downloadable resources
     
  • Templates and worksheets
     
  • Frameworks and methodologies
     

Upon purchase, you are granted a non transferable, non exclusive licence for personal use only.

Access may not be shared, transferred or resold.

3. Coaching and 1 to 1 Mentoring Services

Coaching and mentoring services are delivered via online platforms or agreed communication methods.

By booking coaching or mentoring, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Sessions are educational and strategic in nature
     
  • Advice is based on professional experience but does not constitute legal, financial or accounting advice
     
  • You are solely responsible for implementing advice and for all resulting business decisions
     

3.1 Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be attended at the agreed time.

Where 24 hours notice is not provided for cancellation or rescheduling, the session may be forfeited without refund.

3.2 No Guaranteed Results

Whilst every effort is made to support your success, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • Revenue generation
     
  • Business growth
     
  • Sales performance
     
  • Media coverage
     
  • Profitability
     

Outcomes depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions and implementation.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the courses and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once:

  • Course access has been granted
     
  • Digital materials have been delivered
     
  • Coaching or mentoring sessions have been booked or delivered
     

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital content and or professional time
     
  • You will receive immediate access to proprietary materials
     
  • You waive any statutory cooling off period to the extent permitted by law
     
  • You understand and accept that no refunds will be issued
     

5. Intellectual Property

All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Jo Macfarlane Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials
     
  • Videos and recordings
     
  • Branding
     
  • Written content
     
  • Frameworks and business models
     

You may not:

  • Share login details
     
  • Copy, reproduce or distribute materials
     
  • Record coaching sessions without written consent
     
  • Resell or repurpose content
     
  • Use materials for commercial teaching purposes
     

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Data Protection and GDPR

Jo Macfarlane Ltd is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
